Be sure to include the date, purpose, location, the type of support you are seeking (such as product donations or limited financial assistance), and any supporting documentation related to the event or organization.
While we welcome and carefully review all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee that Heartland will be able to provide support. Requests are evaluated based on factors such as available resources, alignment with our community engagement priorities, timing, and overall impact within the communities we serve.
