In the heart of our Kansas City Hometown, a spirit of collaboration and achievement echoed as our top 140 leaders convened for the annual Pyramidion Meeting in November.
This year’s theme, “Building Together 2.0,” encapsulated a celebration of our 2023 triumphs and a strategic roadmap for the victories awaiting us in 2024. Amidst the energetic discussions and goal-setting sessions, we delved into a transformative Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) workshop led by the inspiring Ritu Bhasin. Her insights propelled us to foster inclusivity, confront biases, and solidify our commitment to being a company that truly values its people.
Driven by purpose, our team didn’t just stop at discussions. We dedicated precious time to giving back through impactful community projects. Hygiene care packages, cozy blankets, cat and dog goodies, and Thanksgiving boxes were crafted with love and distributed to our community partners to support their missions further. This act of kindness resonates with our core belief that our success is intertwined with the well-being of our communities.
The Pyramidion Meeting also provided an opportunity for a site visit to our Olathe Production Campus, allowing us to witness firsthand the progress being made. As we embark on the journey ahead, our focus is laser-sharp on achieving greatness. Every department, every project, and every interaction reflects our commitment to not just dream of success but to build it together!
