Every year the Kansas City hometown looks forward to participating in the Special Olympics of Kansas’s Polar Plunge. This annual event helps support Special Olympics programming for over 4,800 Special Olympics athletes in Kansas! The KC team exceeded their fundraising goal of $2,000.00 and raised a total of $3,325.02! In addition to the monetary donation, our team accepted the challenge and took a plunge into the local Kansas City waters to show their support!
