On behalf of Sam’s Club, Heartland was the winner of their 2021 Game Changer of the Year Award! We were selected based upon our organization growing at +25% Year To Date, being #1 in On Time and In Full delivery and delivering #2 ranking on Year to Date fill rate. Besides having superior service performance and business results, we also enabled the first Club Sampling event featuring Coke Zero this year. Our Sam’s Club specific operating procedures enable significant service performance results and are a leading service model for Sam’s. Our customers always come first, and we continue to prioritize our partnership with Sam’s HQ team by being flexible, proactive in our communication, and connectivity to their team and customers. The 2021 Game Changer of the Year is our ninth Sam’s/Walmart award since 2018, with two more pending (Close race on Monster and BodyArmor).
