Our top 100 leaders of the company gathered in Kansas City over the course of two days for our annual leadership meeting. Prior to the first day of meetings, our team volunteered their time at Operation Breakthrough here in KC. Operation Breakthrough is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit corporation that provides a safe, loving and educational environment for children in poverty. They also empower families through advocacy, emergency aid, and education. Our team worked around the theme of “A World Without Waste.” The four themes and associated activities included reducing/recycling, repurpose, re-use, and alternative energy. The event was a success and a great way to kick off the leadership meeting.
